Africa-Wide Mentorship Access Study
A continent-wide research project examining access to mentorship, career guidance and skills development across Africa’s architecture, engineering and built environment sectors. The study captures real experiences from students, interns, graduates and professionals to map mentorship gaps, opportunities and patterns.
